2. Services Provided

Mayilon Tech provides artificial intelligence, web development, and digital transformation consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of projects will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly agreed upon in a Master Services Agreement (MSA), Mayilon Tech retains all rights, title, and interest in and to our pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, and tools used to deliver the services.
